Devco Holding’s information technology arm organized a specialized workshop entitled “The E-Learning System According to Beneficiaries’ Needs,” as part of its ongoing commitment to advancing e-learning solutions, strengthening partnerships with academic and educational institutions, and drawing on user feedback in the development of its technology products.<\/p>\n
The workshop was held in partnership with the King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies at King Saud University, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics and e-learning specialists. It set out to examine the current state of digital education systems and to present best practices for raising the quality of the educational process and delivering a more efficient experience for students, teachers, and education administrators.<\/p>\n
The workshop was moderated by Dr. Sultan Al-Mutairi, Vice Dean of E-Learning at King Saud University, with the participation of Mr. Waleed Al-Haidar, Director of the King Saud Educational Complex, before a distinguished audience of education technology specialists and representatives of public and private schools in Riyadh, along with a number of ToSKooL users, creating ample space for dialogue and the exchange of expertise and practical experience.<\/p>\n
The workshop covered several key themes, most notably a review of the latest developments in the ToSKooL system, an assessment of its alignment with the needs of educational institutions and modern learning outcomes, and a discussion of the challenges facing digital transformation in the educational environment and the opportunities available for advancing the electronic services offered to the education sector.<\/p>\n
Participants also reviewed the results of a mid-year survey conducted to measure beneficiary satisfaction with the system and analyze their views and observations. The survey findings helped identify the system’s principal strengths while highlighting a number of opportunities for improvement and development, supporting a more efficient user experience and reinforcing the system’s ability to meet the evolving needs of educational institutions.<\/p>\n
The workshop featured open discussion sessions in which participants shared their suggestions and development ideas. The company emphasized that involving beneficiaries in the development process is a cornerstone of building successful, sustainable technology solutions, and that continuous product development depends on direct user feedback.<\/p>\n
