DevCo IT Holds Workshop on E-Learning System User Needs

DevCo IT held an expert workshop titled “The E-Learning System Through the Lens of User Needs.” The event was part of the company’s ongoing efforts to develop e-learning solutions, strengthen collaboration with academic and educational institutions, and factor user feedback into product development.

The workshop was organized in partnership with the King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies at King Saud University, bringing together distinguished academics and experts in e-learning to discuss the current state of digital education systems and share best practices for improving efficiency for students, teachers, and school administrations.

The workshop was led by Dr. Sultan Al-Mutairi of the E-Learning Faculty at King Saud University, with Walid Al-Haydar, Director of the King Saud Educational Complex, also in attendance. Officials from public and private schools in Riyadh, education technology experts, and numerous ToSchool users took part, creating a rich environment for exchanging views and experiences.

The workshop reviewed the latest developments in the ToSchool system and assessed how well they align with institutions’ needs and current educational outcomes; it also addressed the challenges facing digital transformation in education and the opportunities available for developing the sector’s electronic services.

Participants also reviewed the results of a mid-academic-year survey designed to measure satisfaction and analyze user feedback. The results highlighted the system’s key strengths, as well as opportunities to improve the user experience to better respond to institutions’ evolving needs.

Open discussion sessions were also held, giving participants the chance to freely share their ideas and suggestions for improvement. DevCo IT emphasized that involving users in the development process is one of the cornerstones of successful, sustainable technology solutions, and that the continuous evolution of its products relies on direct user feedback.

At the close of the workshop, the company announced it would continue investing in the ToSchool system and expanding its features in line with the education sector’s digital transformation — with the aim of improving the quality of educational services, boosting academic management efficiency, and further strengthening the e-learning experience in Saudi Arabia.
